I’ve dedicated my life to helping people relieve their pain, improve their body mechanics, and optimize their overall health and immune system function. I have combined my talents and 40 plus years of experience in the healing field to bring you this helpful and well-illustrated guide to reduce the stress on your spine and nervous system and improve your sleep.

Poor posture, and compromising positions (including sleeping positions) can twist and torque the spine and lead to a variety of unwanted symptoms from bulging discs and sciatica to headaches and neck pain. People with poor sleeping habit and positions often wake up feeling tired, groggy and out of sorts. They may even have pain and difficulty standing up straight when they try to get out of bed.
